Education is the fundamental to development and growth and it is one of the most important sectors apart from the healthcare. The government of Manipur is making its full efforts toward improving the condition of Government educational institutes.
With the aim to improve the educational sector, the government of Manipur launched a website www.edusuggest.in . The website will act as a source to connect all people directly with the Government. The web application “EduSuggest” was launched on 17June 2017 by the Hon’ble CM Nongthombam Biren Singh & Hon’ble Education Minister, Th Radheshyam Singh. During the event, Chief Minister N Biren has urged the teachers to put in serious efforts toward improving the condition of Government educational institutes.
This website is a platform for all the stakeholders of Education to convey their message directly to the government. In this, people can contribute any suggestion or any complaint that will help improve the education system in Manipur. The purpose of this e-interaction is not only to provide an efficient system of grievance Redressal, but also to open an unrestricted, open, hassle free feedback system to the Government. The grievances would be resolved in a time bound manner and the feedback would be used in formulating education policies and programs.
To register any complaint or suggestion, visit the website at www.edusuggest.in and click on “RAISE YOUR SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS”. There are few steps to complete the registration. First, you need to fill some details such as name, age, mobile no, address, email, etc. Next step will be asking about what you are, whether you’re a student, teacher, parents, etc. The next step will be about your concerned whether it is about private school, government school, or any other organization. After that you have to mention the class for which you are giving suggestion or any complaint. At the last step, you have to write your suggestion or complaint and click on the submit button.
After the submission, the contributors will get an acknowledgement through SMS or email that their suggestion or complaint has been received. The dedicated team of Education Department will forward the same to the concern minister for the solution. If it was a suggestion, then the concern department will check whether the suggestion will bring any improvement or not. And if it was a complaint, then they will check and will resolve the issue.
